This Is Ushas officially come to an end.
Aftersix seasons, the hit NBC show wrapped withits series finale on May 24.
Ahead of the finale, the cast shared ahandful of meaningful tributesasthey officially wrapped filming.
Since its premiere in 2016, the show has gained critical acclaim for its engrossing storytelling and talented cast,winning countless awardsover the years.
Pearson patriarchMilo Ventimigliais making the move to ABC for a new series, while Pearson matriarchMandy Moorehas some excitingnew music in store.
As for the Big Three,Sterling K. BrownandJustin Hartleyare both executive producing new projects, whileChrissy Metzis currently working on her debut album.

Though Mandy Moore doesn’t have anyacting gigs lined up at the moment, she will be super busy with new music. She isreleasing a new album titledIn Real Lifeon May 13 and is set to hit the road in June for a 26-city North American tour, her first in more than 10 years.
Sterling K. Brown (Randall Pearson)
After gaining critical acclaim (andwinning a few Emmys) for his role onThis Is Us, Sterling K. Brown hasquite a few projects in the works, including the sci-fi filmBiosphereand the indie filmHonk for Jesus. Save Your Soul, the latter of which is slated to be released theatrically and on Peacock on Sept. 2, 2022. He is also set to star in and executive producethe Hulu series adaptation of the novelWashington Blackas well asthe filmThe Defenderabout Scipio Africanus Jones.
Chrissy Metz (Kate Pearson)
While starring onThis Is Us, Chrissy Metz hasbranched out into music, film, and screenwriting,penning a Kate-centric episodefor season 6. While Metz hasn’t announced any new acting projects, we can expect more music from her in the near future. In August 2021,Metz toldUs Weeklythat she is looking forward to releasing an album and going on tour.
Justin Hartley (Kevin Pearson)
Justin Hartley has a few Netflix projects in the works. His comedy filmSenior Yearwith Rebel Wilson was released on May 13, and later this yearhe will star in the Christmas filmThe Noel Diary, based on the Richard Paul Evans novel of the same name. Additionally, he is set to star in and executive produce theCBS seriesThe Never Game, which was given a pilot production commitment in September 2021.
“It’s about a mercenary, reward seeker kind of guy with an interesting backstory and how he kind of navigates his life based on how he was raised and his special set of skills,“Hartley told PEOPLEabout the series, which will reunite him withKen Olin, who served as executive producer and frequent director onThis Is Us. “Although it’s notLiam Neeson, but it’s very much is that sort of mercenary kind of thing. It’s cool. It’s different,” he added.
He announced the news with a special video showing their sonBear Maxwellwearing a shirt that says “big brother.” “We have wrapped my final scenes for #thisisus. What an incredible 6 years these have been,” he captioned the video, adding, “With every end, there is a new beginning…so here is a trailer of what’s to come.”
Susan Kelechi Watson (Beth)
At the moment, Susan Kelechi Watson hasn’t announced any new projects afterThis Is Us.
Lyric Ross (Deja Pearson)
Lyric Ross will be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe soon. In February,The Hollywood Reporterannounced thatshe has been castinDisney+’s upcoming seriesIronheartalongside Dominique Thorne and Anthony Ramos. She is also set to star in the coming-of-age teen dramaThe Class, which is in post-production.

Jon Huertas is set to star inTwilightdirector Catherine Hardwicke’s latest filmPrisoner’s Daughteralongside Kate Beckinsale, Ernie Hudson, and Brian Cox. The film doesn’t appear to have a release date, but according to IMDb,it’s in post-production.
