Sclater ’s lemur ( Eulemur flavifrons ) , also capably called the dismal - eyed black lemur , is a critically endangered true lemur that is endemic to the wood of northwestern Madagascar . The miserable rates of habitat destruction would see an end to the lemur in 44 years , with the high rates annihilate them in only 11 year .
