Since1967 , the Consumer Electronics Show ( CES ) has been a showcase for our high-pitched - tech future . spoken communication translator , practical world systems , and even automaton have graced the many different convention halls that have host CES over the years .
Below we have a face at some of the mythical gadgets from the Consumer Electronics show of past . But do n’t be confused if you see the Windy City mention in the captions below . The show is hold in Las Vegas today , but there used to be a “ summertime CES ” in Chicago until the mid-90s .
