It ’s finally here — thefirst HD footage of the clank between the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel . We ’ve already watch the HD version a half twelve times , but now it ’s time to pore over GIFs and screencaps , to charm every contingent and all the insane drama . Here ’s everything we spotted !

Warning : Some raider and speculation , establish on what we have it off about this motion picture and what we ’ve heard through the rumor mill , onwards …
So first up , it look as though they rebuild Metropolis , and put up a statue of Superman — which we get a line in some situated pic a while back . But not everybody has gotten over the fact that Superman ’s big fight with his fellow Kryptonians trashed their city . We see a ton of voiceovers asking whether too much world power will corrupt this guy . And the main voiceover sounds like Jesse Eisenberg , as Lex Luthor , suppose that we have a caterpillar tread record of follow people with great might and expect whether the biggest demon might be someone who fell from the sky . The other quotes about Superman could fare from a TV / radiocommunication talk show , or they could hail fromthe red carpet at a party that Lex Luthor is throwing . Some of these could be actual tangible - life politicians , cameo - ing in the movie , and the voice saying we never ask what Superman should do sounds like Holly Hunter , who ’s apparently playing some form of pol .
delete to add : people are saying they can take heed Neil deGrasse Tyson and Charlie Rose in there too .
And yet , Superman has a cult following . perchance literally . He ’s a Day of the all in icon , evaluate from the skull facepaint . Could be some sort of doomsday religious cult ?
Also , who are these guys bowing to Superman ? It ’s in some form of burial vault or sand trap , that he had to fall into .
What ’s that insignia on their shoulders ? Is that the Superman symbolization ?
Superman catches a Russian rocket . It has a logo that says Roscosmos on it .
Could this give credence to therumorthatthe KGBeast(a Russian supervillain from the Cold War era ) is in this picture ?
They will look up at him and cry “ economise me ! ” and he will whisper … “ NO . ” Actually , wrong movie . He ’ll plausibly say yes . But yeah , there ’s circumstances of messianic imagery of Superman , being adopt as a rescuer , interspersed with citizenry babble out about how he ’s serious and spoiled .
In any typesetter’s case , all of this adulation for an alien who tear apart a urban center is seemingly too much for Bruce Wayne , who star broodingly at his Batsuit . I ’m guessing this means he has n’t put on the Batsuit in a while — since he run to stare at it more when he ’s think about putting it on for the first time in ages . A voiceover ( Alfred ? ) says that this is how it initiate — the fever , the rage , the intuitive feeling of impotence … that turn good man vicious . ( Sounds like a metaphor for xenophobia and fascism , so it ’s interesting to hear it implement to Batman . )
Here ’s a better flavour at that Batsuit , nose and all .
So Batman has to go inside some kind of unearthly disused fancy building — a Wayne building ? — to retrieve something .
And that look like the Batmobile .
Then there ’s an action chronological succession where a vanish drone ( ? ) bombs a readiness by the docks …
… and the Batmobile labor aside at top stop number .
We see Batman come forth from the fiery wreckage of some place that ’s just been bomb ( or junk using Kryptonian powers ? ) . He looks pissed .
Batman hang out on top of a building , just cuz .
Edit : tons of people are take down he seems to be holding a sniper rifle or wrestling gun .
So it look as though the hearsay thatBatman has more than one Batsuitin this motion picture is true .
So this looks like a number of the sequence we saw at Comic - Con last summer — Batman has rigged up a makeshift Bat - signaling , and he ’s using it to tempt Superman to him . And Superman appears in the sky over him , look like he ’s ready to cast off down .
Batman on the footing , await for Superman to occur join him . Batman has his Super - baby buster armor , and his badly voiceover asks if Superman can leech … but Batman ’s pretty sure he already knows the answer .
So Superman accommodatingly drops to Earth , to have a face - to - masquerade party face-off with Bruce .
