It seems to take along time to get Best Buy to indemnify a tv ! ! !
I commit my first call back at the end of november . Complaint was green bloches and a unripe line in the middle of the screen . First date available is a hebdomad afterward . Before they get here the tv does snarl crackle pa , hummer comes out the back and then no flick . Called BB and they say no problem , the technical school has to see it anyway .
Tech looks at it and say he needs to order some region . write down the serial number , model number and says will call after he knows parts have been delivered . One box with one part and second box will have three character .
Week later a unlike technical school calls to say he is coming and I tell him only one box is here . He says it shows both box have been delivered . show up and of course does n’t have needed contribution . tell he will reorder . Writes down serial number and model number again . Another week afterward the tech arrives and launch the box . Wrong part ! ! write down the serial routine and example number again to reorder parts .
Another week later … .. again … … arrives and get to the box . Surprise….wrong portion … .. again . Tech tries to solder part onto sure-enough instrument panel to get tv working . After about 2 hours says he ca n’t fix the tv set , will have to order region . Writes down the serial number and model number….again . Say he will call me to support he ordered parts . Never receive phone call .
I call the next week to check up on parts order only to see out no part have been ordered . No reason why or when they will order parts . Geeks say they are ingest problem order parts . I ask how long they have had the problem . Two day he tells me . I tell him that parts were suppose to be order before then . He then tell me it has been long than two days . I ’m starting to get the feeling I ’m run for in circles .
Tech says he will order 6 parts and instal them all in a effort to keep from come up back out again if there are still problems . They separate me they will touch and the tech and make certain someone calls me when the parts are ordered . No phone call … again .
Call back next week to find out when they are ordering parts . I was say they were ordered and delivered to my house already . Strange , I do n’t have any voice here . Geek say maybe the technical school has them . I demand if we could in reality substantiate that or if he was just suppose . He enjoin to call back tomorrow . share show up a couple solar day later .
technical school come out to instal the parts . put in two out of six role and tells me it ’s desexualize . Well … … I can at least see the picture again . Remind technical school that the original trouble was never looked at because the boob tube blew before a technical school get in . He assures me this will furbish up that problem too . Told the tech it needs to run about a half hour before the green lines and blob show up . I ’m told to call back if there are any more job .
I ’m handed something like a ticket that says they have already spent over $ 1500.00 to try and fix this tv . It originally cost me $ 3000.00 . What a surprisal , half hr afterward the green blob is showing back up . I call BB and ask them to get the technical school back . I am severalize he is now to far aside . Have to schedule another sidereal day . I ask them to verify the technical school does not return the unexampled parts he did not install . Was told they can always reorder them ! !
So far it has been about six hebdomad of a dead tv . Then 30 minute of observe the tv to see the same problem I in the beginning called about show up . Now I will sit down home again and wait . Let them hear and fix the job . This is getting demented ! ! ! ! How many times am I suppose to sit down around and expect for the great unwashed to number to judge and fix this ? ? My sentence is actually worth something too . Even if no one else thinks so .
